Eligible for Return

  • Products severely damaged or rotten during transportation
  • Received products do not match the order (wrong variety or grade)
  • Quality issues (mold, spoilage, pest damage)
  • Severe packaging damage causing product loss

Not Eligible for Return

  • Spoilage due to improper storage after delivery
  • Normal color variations or minor blemishes on peel
  • Return requests made after 3 days of delivery
  • Change of mind by customer

2. Return Timeframe

To ensure timely resolution, please follow these timelines:

  • Upon Delivery: Inspect packaging and appearance immediately upon receipt
  • Within 24 Hours: Take photos and contact customer service if issues found
  • Within 3 Days: Submit formal return request (based on delivery date)

  • Storage Recommendations: Open and inspect immediately upon receipt. Store in cool, ventilated area or refrigerate. Proper storage extends freshness.
  • Color Variations: Natural factors like sunlight and ripeness may cause color variations within the same batch - this is normal.
  • Minor Blemishes: Small scars or spots on the peel are natural growth marks and do not affect quality or taste.
  • Shipping Considerations: Minor surface compression may occur during long-distance shipping. Returns not accepted unless severely damaged.
